RP at the SHM, when asked a question about the possibilty of a take over said:

"This can't happen, we have a poison pill."

Then he said:

"We are not for sale for less than $21.00 per share."

Was he serious, kidding...I don't know him well enough to know, but he said it 10 feet in front of my face, as I was in the 3rd row.
