yup... the sman's post just reafirmed what i'd/we'd been stating about naked-shorting all along.

Very disturbing -

IMVHO those divies ptsc handed out helped curp the nss and attributed to it's run.

but lets no go there again - this country better get more transparency into hedge-funds/SEC asap... madoff is but one example, and ther's 9000 of them out there. IMO the wild west pinks/otc are about to get reined-in.... seeing less-n-less volitility and more broker restrictions and I bet we'll start seeing many more trading suspinsions.
