I would tend to agree. Vivitar is not off the hook yet as their shell was bought and is being marketed....which to me means they are a viable entity under a new parent company. I would think the new parent assumes all assets and liabilties.
DM can make the case, however, how much time do you think would be prudent chasing that BK scenario is when you have lots of low hanging fruit yet to be picked?
