The Court got Jurisdiction over VIVITAR when the "Service" was perfected on them...

As long as said jurisdiction is intact, the Court can issue any Orders, Judgments, and remedies against VIVITAR in its varied shapes and forms, as the facts justify...

Furthermore, as someone said sometime ago, any party who is/was involved in the VIVITAR bodies disappearing, (no secretaries as you say), is part of the law suit, directly or indirectly.

DM will have to peel the onion to collect on any judgements it gets against VIVITAR, but "GET" THEY WILL...

Putting it in lay man terms, the only place to hide is/was a Bankruptcy Court. And there is no evidence they did that...

You are confusing getting a judgment against VIVITAR from Tex Court to executing, or collecting on that Judgement whichis a separate matter...
