Irrational exhuberance vs just plain old justified exhuberance...
Bring in a few $5-20 million settlements or a judgement or two like the Panasonic win against Samsung and maybe, just maybe someone outside of the old school chatroomers will see the value and get excited about it.
Sometimes I think some investors can be their own worst enemies.
No outsiders will take this seriously and feel the opportunity if current investors don't. Fortunately most here are still quite exited regarding the opportunity at hand and have positioned themselves for the next move up.
The strategy of continuing to load up "way down here", near the lows, in light of the markets EDIG's Flash patent portfolio touches, is still is a good one from where I sit.
Just watch the pps rise 50% and you can feel the underlying exciting waiting to explode. It's there and real and about to happen in the realtively near term, imo.
For years it was just banter, today it is DM in a court representing EDIG and in the process of bringing home the bacon.
That's something to get excited about and if those in the know still don't really believe it for whatever reasons, maybe someone else will, when they look objectively at a 14 cent penny stock with 180+ infringers in the legal process, or about to be.
REALITY: Settlement @1 is in the books and 7 more on the hook with over 170+ to go.
