SP...all the crud aside...The Vivitar name is 75 years old and has recognition.

Is it worth patching up and owning 50% of it? That is part of my point...Sakar does not have all the pieces.

Hell, Trillium put up a post of Lanier where Richo paid 260mill to keep the name alive.

I say its a good fit for us if we can get in cheap....

We're talking brand name recognition here not licenses...but we have to do it in the faces of the most terrible market ever IMO.
