perhaps you misunderstood my comments.

In that, e.Digital brings nothing in the way of cash input....what ever Saka paid for the Name only (not the IT) would be a trade off value....lets say he paid 10mill for the name alone, we're virtually contributing 10 mill. for tech, for 50 % stock in the venture. I see it as cash in hand....

Under a better environment it might be worth the try....however, it all depends on sales...and at the moment they suck.
