CMOS has lower cost , lower power consumption and easier to integrate. if eDIGITAL operating system somehow involved in CMOS imaging sensor processs then we must consider those multibillion dollar companies like

SAMSUNG , SHARP ,CANON , OMNIVISION , SONY, KODAK

and others and that is HUGE !!!!!!!!!
