Vivitar is at the tail end with retail devices to the public....there is an upstream from them of vendor supply.
They are moving up to Syntax with recent filings. From there it will lead to HonHoi, Foxconn, then Pretec if they're after removable flash. They can go after embedded flash as well...and what entities are involved at that level.
Yes would be the answer to your question. As far as it looks now, one can be guilty of receiving stolen goods in this arena.
