EDIG's cases are very market and product specific and are quantifiable...and since no monies went to EDIG, I fail to see how they cannot go after everyone using and selling product on any level that utilizes their tech.
EDIG should be able to extract from the entire food chain from the guts to the end product. DM has lots of leverage.
