Most likely it will change nothing.....EDig has NOT sold or licensed its IP to anyone yet. To me that means that any settlement with an IP infringer will include any profits from the infringers "down the line" sales of EDig's IP to others. In other words, DM should/will get the "whole enchilada" from a company like Samsung who has passed on/or sold EDig's tech to others.
