I think it's time for DM to file some additional lawsuits, perhaps multiple, directed toward other market segments.

I hope not, but the effort to date may be telling us that limited resources have been utilized with respect to edigs patents.

They should have enough information to proceed, that outcome of Vivatar would be helpful, but not the only issue in laying out their strategy.

There has to be a substantial difference between patent infringement by Vivatar and a upstream company such as Intel, or orthers involved in the chip manufacturing as opposed to the use on the technology.
