I don't understand how you start with a "broad-brush"......lol

How to "translate into a broad-brush"

The same way all discovery is made...from molecular to atomic study.

It starts with step one.....


As I see it .....the some what discernible outer "granular"...such as,  the size of the cache communicating with flash....If it's of an unusually small amplitude....this will be the place to initiate. From there it leads to the inner "granular" attributes.

For IC companies that incorporate the logic and memory within the same cell structure it might be a bit problematic....however, it is possible. 

Other than the "granular" claims...I don't see what you would consider infringement.
