doni does not focus on the MOS as a whole....that has been my standing all along. Infringement could come from over a dozen possibilities. I focus on those that I feel are the most important.

What would be the right place?.....broad interpretations of say....being first or one of the first, to incorporate removable flash? Maybe being first or one of the first to create a digital voice recorder?

IMO...not there.

It's going to lie in the subtle but important claims...not the broad.

If you do not feel it to be there , where do you feel it to be?
