KOO - I actually had a telephone conversation with Harry (Charalambos Katevatis - CEO) of ZCC Vancouver and nothing got any clearer. He really didn't seem to have much of a handle on this kind of thing. His only reply was that his lawyer said he had done nothing wrong and he knew of no trading on the OTC. He had never heard of ZCC Calgary until shortly before I talked to him. After talking to him, I would guess the reply you got was drafted by his lawyer as it is rather polished for him. Both companies say they know of no trading on the OTC and neither have any interest in clearing it up for the good of their shareholders. Someone is trading there but we don't know who. It seems to me that only FINRA, TSX or the Share Transfer companies can clear this up and they show no interest in it either. 

Just speculation of a possibility but does the lack of interest by Zenith Calgary mean that they don't plan to ever have a listing before a takeout so never expect to have a conflict? Unfortunately, there is already conflict as some want to buy but don't know what shares they would be buying. All I can say is buy at your own risk.
