I emailed CVE: ZENI.P, asking for information on their company. And if their stock trades on the OTC. This is their response.

"Zenith is a capital pool company listed on TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol ZENI.P. As of this moment there are 4,500,000 shares outstanding. The company has no assets except the cash position.  The company though is looking for a qualify deal to be vented into Zenith . There is no OTC market at the moment that I know of.
