It will not matter who owns the Albany mine because it will impact future technologies world wide and it,s graphite will be bought and used by international companies.

However,the Canadian government may want the control of who gets hold of the Albany graphite.Therefore, they may wish for a Canadian miner to buy Zen and control who gets the stuff.
