Why did you not check the web site? The CVMR web site clearly states that the CVMR expansion to Knoxville names the site as its US based International marketing activities of Knoxville mananufactued products, (when the 3 year hire/build plan is completed.) It is the US headquarters for these activities, only. Please note the absence in the abcTV PR of mentioning the Corporation headquarters in Toronto. See below: "CVMR Corporation (CVMR®) is a privately held multinational organization with its head office and R & D Centre in Toronto, Canada". ...From the CVMR web site. I have emailed CVMR Corporate and pointed out the misleading press release, and noted that a reader of that PR who had not checked the corporate web site would erroneously assume that a Canadian company had moved its corporate head office to the states.
