Not really sure what the first line of your post means, but I will take at face value and not as ignorant comment. You may be right, and companies do sometimes want the Americans to think they are the head of everything and actually run the company from its actual headquarters somewhere else like Germany, Switzerland or Canada, but this still is a very confused release if that is the case. Anyway if they remain a Canadian company thats great.
