It,s conceivable that some the the NDA holders are from university labs who wish to secure some supply of Zen graphite to continue their research works but must negotiate with the bidding mining company with a lock in price.How many are there is any one,s guess but if there are more than three or four,it should delay and complicate matters further.No matter who ends up with Zen,a mining company has to mine the graphite for them.It may also be conceivable that one big company wants to lock in the entire supply.Those may just be some of the multiple events behind the scene that we are not aware of.Just a speculation on my part.
