Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
I agree...any acquisition will take time. My thoughts on the process have been:
If ZEN wants multiple offers, they are going to ensure everyone has the same information and they are all ready to come to the table at the same time. For multiple offers, I can't see ZEN wanting an offer with an expiry deadline from a single company, and then having to scramble to get information to another company who may want to make a competing bid. Layout all the information you have, keep it quiet under an NDA, and then let the people start bidding.
Lots of variables will need to be considered and factored in by anyone wanting to invest into Zenyatta, or outright purchase ZEN. I am a firm believer that this will take time.
Does anyone know how long Inco, or even Teck was watching and posing questions to DF before the investment or buyout? A few month decision, or
