evidently we shareholders breached McGoey's inalienable right to continue to stick it to us so he resigned and claims wrongful dismissal ... ROFLMAO ... this has got to be taken to court so I can really enjoy it ... just like the SGM ... I'll be there watching the judge admonish the arrogance!
