Orgy, I agree with you, but until a judge rules, I wouldn't be betting any money that McGoey doesn't get his money... They probably saw this coming years ago, & set themselves up by writing up their own bullet proof contract.. No one but management knew about these contracts, until just recently, I'm guessing there was a reason for that.... JMHO...
