Focused on the Rice Lake Gold Belt
The Ultra Project has 20 claims and covers an area of 4332 ha; the Goldridge Project includes 17 claims and has a surface of 4077 ha. Excellent access is provided by roads and trails throughout the properties. The projects straddle the boundary between the Berens River and Uchi Subprovinces. Several major and subsidiary shear zones trend northwest through the project areas The project areas host several unexplored pyroxenite bodies along the Wanipigow Fault Zone Contains several gold occurrences in shear zones including the Huronic occurrence, a chlorite-ankerite shear zone that strikes 045° in quartz diorite where values of trace to 16.5 g/t Au were reported from a quartz vein 06m wide and 61m long. Off the project areas to the southeast, the Grand Central occurrence contains a 1m shear zone in granodiorite from a quartz vein 30-40 cm wide. Government surveys report mining of 930g of gold from 272 tonnes of rock (3.4 g/t Au). Three grab samples from the muck pile were reported as 1.0-40.5 g/t Au. The 2009 exploration program will consist of surface prospecting utilizing the results of airborne magnetic data, reconnaissance prospecting during 2008 together with the data obtained from the recently flown LiDar survey
