Hope you are doing well. Don't take all the upheaval on the SGR board this weekend personally. Your input and perspective have always been appreciated. The only issue was Cougar overran SGR - as has already been explained and commented on plenty enough on the SGR board.

We all have preferences - one company oevr another, but in the end, they will all succeed together as the whole Rice Lake Greenbelt takes off, IMO. So, SGR, SKP, WEL, COU - take your pick - probably can't go far wrong with any of them. So, I am like you Traps, Long on the Greens.
