If you thought it was hard for your friend NN to get a R/S do you think it is going to be easier for a major to get SPQ cheap? I'll hold my shares tight and right to the end I'll not take the quick buck. This is what people wait a lifetime for, if you don't have the nerves for the ride let go your shares and put them into the hands of someone more patient.

Having NN hands tied at this point with no wiggle room as you call may not be a bad thing. I remember Mac and FWR all to well and what he did to retail. Cuffing management and letting the shareholders decide this time may be preferable because my trust of any management is very thin at this point in time.
