It now appears that there is takeover in the cards, at least for KWG. It also likely arose during the recent meeting between the JV partners. If this is true, then it would be interesting to know what Neil had as ammunition when discussing this offer. All CLF would need would be a plan to spend a whole bunch of money on either exploration or feasibility. Both CLF and KWG are in a position to proceed, but SPQ would have a huge problem raising money even at 8 cents today. If he had the R/S option it would give him a lot of wiggle room, and ultimately a greater buyout price for us all. Maybe CLF won't even bother, as they could simply complete a takeover of KWG, gain the NSR that KWG owns, release plans to further explore, and SPQ could get reduced to a NSR, which would put CLF in control with no expensive takeover required.
