Scarff: Are you hallucinating? Mr. Nemis could have stayed on as CEO of NOT. We gave him the votes and many on the NOT forum worked very hard to keep him as CEO. I said at the time that he let us down and I have not changed my mind. So, if you mean NN will treat us the same as RN then you are probably right - we'll be let down. Mind you, at the moment I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

I guess it's each man for himself. But don't be fooled.

The BOD and officers of SPQ have a fiduciary duty to the shareholders ( both institutional and retail) but the question is:"Will we need a court order to define fiduciary"?
