I for one will vote against any Consolidation.

After FreeWest, I'm learning not to trust ANY CEO. This PR makes no sence unless the resource estimate is not good and the BOD sees no way to raise capital to meet their requirements to get from 26.5% to 30% of Big Daddy.

I'm at a loss as to why, at this time, they would pull this most unpopular move.
