Message: Re: Warning: Long - Thoughts on Management

Tada, I would hope that in doing my dd that I would have already identified for myself what shareholders were grumbling about and thus already decided how to proceed or not with the investment. If I saw significant share price decline on big volume I would likely wait for a better entry price if I still saw opportunity and was in fact proceeding.

So far with RVX I'm seeing a fairly flat price on relatively small volume for the most part and the only really big volume day was positive on the very positive Cell publication news. That publication event along with many other outside signals continue to reinforce to me and I think to you and most others here that the science in the company is indeed very special.  I just wish management would grasp the concept that investors need to be consistently more accurately informed and need to see the company being run like a business. Don in two of the last three presentations has mentioned that management was surprised that the market has not responded in a much stronger way to BTD. In September he said they were expecting a 4-6x surge off the roughly $1.30 price of Feb 2020.  I find it both surprising and a little troubling that management thinks investors will flock into a stock which has no visible path forward, financially or otherwise.

At the end of the day we all have to make our own decisions regarding the very cloudy picture management presents us with currently. Myself I have enough RVX that I would be extremely pleased if I woke up tomorrow to find the company sold for anything close to what Don has told me the EV of the company was post BoM but pre BTD and pre coVid.  I could add to my position but won't consider doing so until I can see a much clearer view of what this business is going to look like financially and operationally on a go forward basis. The lacklustre share price performance leads me to believe there are a great many investors who feel the same way.
