It has been 6 weeks since the strange PP of 13mill was announced with a 3 month subject to Foreign govt Review settlement.I still can't figure why a Foreign govt would review an investment in Canada and The way it is worded doesn't seem to be a Fed review.So what's up Doc?Is the deal dead ,alive,still under review or has DM forgotten.
