iconoclast, agree with you....My most likely scenario is that the FDA allows RVX to file for an NDA and may add proviso for extra trails and monitoring along with the approval. 

FDA has in past granted a conditional license for NDA stating that additional testing must continue.  Not sure what drug that was.  The multiple benefits of Apabetalone are too great.  Waiting for eight minutes of positive data.  We all need it.
