$5 billion divided by 250 million fully diluted shares is $20 per share. If those are US$ it becomes C$26 per share. In a buyout situation it is wise to assume all warrants, options and RSU's would be exercised. $26 would be nice but how would good or great numbers for CKD or cognition really affect the share price in the short term given the attention that Alzheimer's drugs have been getting lately?
