For RVX to sell Apabetalone, including receiving future royalties, the Board would need to approve.  That would require major stockholders to approve.  Question, would Shenzhen Hepalink want RVX to sell to another pharma.  Does not seem to fit well.  Apabetalone has potential for largest grossing drug, exceeding Lipitor record.
