I'm pretty sure this company is one and the same as Crystal Pharmatech. Anyways, it seems like this company has a ton of patents on anything they can get their hands on and make crystalline forms of. So this apabetalone patent doesn't mean much in my eyes in light of this company's wide umbrella of other patents. Just becaue this company has patented a different process to make the same drug in a slightly different chemical form doesn't mean that Resverlogix, Hepalink or any other big pharm has to use this process or crystalline form.
