GAC. I think in a perfect world I would agree that making an official application to the Naz for a listing would warrant another press release. However, this is Resverlogix after all. I personally think, (when taking history in to account) it would not be odd to hear next week for instance that the company’s application has been approved for a NAZ listing.

When looking at the release that Koo dug up   “"We have commenced the preparation process for a U.S. listing so that we are properly positioned to execute a U.S. listing, subject to market conditions,” stated Donald McCaffrey, President and CEO of Resverlogix."

The company would simply argue that the above statement was them announcing their intention to apply for a listing. So like I said, in my opinion anyway, I would not be surprised if that application has already been made, and perhaps we are just waiting for the company’s cash position to meet the requirements of a NAZ listing. Thus the public offering. Let’s hope.
