DND, I don't think an application would have had to go through already....but I do agree the clock is ticking. The window to Top-Line was 2-4 months from the April 18th news release of reaching 250 Events. So June 18th would be the front end of the window and August the 18th the back end.....
So if this offering raises sufficient funds...then make an application. IMO an application would represent a material event and would warrant a presser. The July 31st announcement was simply about the "intention" to pursue a listing....forward looking and hence non-material. An actual application imo would represent a material event with definite potential to impact the company's valuation.
If an application were to be made by mid June...the 4-6 window (and Nasdaq says it can be shorter if everything goes smoothly)....the 4-6 week window would take us through to mid to late July....plenty of time to get listed if it were to be approved, and then to have Top-Line come out....
I think it could be explosive to be a newly listed Nasdaq Biotech that's releasing top-line data for a Phase 3 trial with endpoints related to Diabetes, CVD, CKD and Cognition....in fact a CNBC mention would be more than possible imo. Of course if the trial fails....oh well, but if it fails imo we're sunk no matter where RVX is trading imo.
