GAC - Yes there sure is a backward symmetry to this years financing. Last year share prices where dreadfully low and would have caused undue dilution and this year share prices were at multi year highs causing much less dilution. It's just backwards I tell ya, just backwards.

I am obviously in favour of this financing and looking forward to it closing.
