Its for this very reason that I've held back some dry powder....

I can see it going any number of different ways.  I can envision those who buy into the offering (assuming its not withdrawn, a slim chance imo but still a chance) dumping right away driving the PPS down....or I could see them holding by and large but dumping on any climb up around $4 if that happens.  So many different variables to consider.  

Who knows...its all guess work at this point.
