KK2 - Yes the unit can be bought in a TSFA and RSP(they use the same rules) and it would go in at $4 per unit. It is important to note that there will have to be enough money it your registered plan to exercise the warrants of this issue prior to selling the shares you would receive from that exercising. This differs from the previous PO in that these warrants are not tradable. So it would be a two step exit versus selling shares and then warrants all within a couple of minutes. For this issue there may be a couple of days between selling the shares and then receiving the warrant shares and selling then.

Its not a big deal doing a two step process, just be aware of it.
