Boy, there are a lot of interesting theories in that report.
Never any splenic or renal infarcts? Sure there are....I see them all the time. Many are embolic but some are from atherosclerotic lesions often disturbed during interventions.
The larger diameter of the renal artery vs coronary arteries may also play a role ;)
Some of the other scientific explanations seem out there.
Anyway, I did like a few comments they made about the trial and previous results but this report ultimately does nothing for me.
