A few additional comments on the issue of corporate presentation links on the company website.

1) Only the link(s) to the corporate update presentations at investor conferences have been removed. Science presentations are untouched.

2) Most of these links we're already gone (active, just not posted on the Resverlogix website). For 2019 they have been only posting the most recent presentation. I noticed that the January Biotech Showcase presentation was removed when the February BIO CEO presentation occurred, which was removed when the one for the Roth webcast was posted in mid-March (replay period now expired), which was replaced with the late-March BIO-Europe presentation, which was replaced with the most recent April 23rd Corporate Update.

3) Really the only thing that has changed since then is that the April 23rd presentation is no longer available on the Resverlogix website and no replacement is there. What makes this odd is that the April 23rd presentation had all of the latest guidance that was in the April 18th news release. So why take it down?

4) Most of the "science" stuff in the corporate update presentations is covered more thoroughly and by the clinical experts in the ERA-EDTA symposia, ESC symposia and other science presentations, posters and publications that are still on the website. So lots of info available for science due diligence.
