I can't help....all I have is my opinion. 

And it is my opinion that everything you just enumerated (aside from Kelsee's wise decision to spend his time doing something other than watching this hub) is bound to instill at least some Fear Uncertainty and Doubt among shareholders....and I'm guessing that is the goal.  

Wearing my white is black and black is white hat, if we were being set up to fail I think things would be the polar opposite of what they are now....but again, that's just one contrarian's opinion.
