Led I am not prepared to agree that finances has anything to do with new big money coming in to balance out HL and Eastern. 

When it comes to the regular small retail investors they will wet their wistlwh with 1K to 2k shares and at that they would not be doing much DD. They just follow the herd and see where that leads them. RVX is considered illiquid with its 30% float. So that has its limitations. Volume has for the most part has always been weak. 

The market is now waiting for the first bit of good news for the PPS to start taking off. And that's about the only thing that will do it. Finances IMO will make no difference either way. Even the announcement of reaching 250 MACE threshold will change any minds because of the rollercoaster ride we have been through with this stock. 

A good top line is what is needed to move the needle.
