I highly doubt HL and KD will let RVX out of their grips. And if they wanted to take advantage of their position they would have done it by now. They want to see this thing through to the finish line as much as anyone of us.

Let's not forget we saw this story play out before with a much larger consequence with the Citi LOC right down to the finish line.
