hummm,,are we sure all these contractual agreements describing dates and activities etc. are cast in stone?,,is there no fine print ie: sub-sections in the contract documents describing mutual agreement to opening up for other arrangements and revisions even notification of force majeure!! I assume we had lawyers who make a living in contract law and negotiating. I again assume exectuted contracts in biotech have out clauses of certain types in place,,, if not RVX is not in the 21st century......and not in the business of being in business. My point,, I wouldn't get too hung up on contractual dates or other such as a date on ROFR,,,,,,,,,especially when it is specific with a major shareholder who has done nothing but keep the lights on in the house of RVX. jmo
