I know I keep bumping heads respectfully with tada on the issue of a BP deal. That is I do not see a BP deal is on the horizon. I agree with CD that HL would be in the way of a BP making such a deal with Resverlogix. A BP would want full control of Apabetalone and the rest of it as I see it if we want them to pay top dollar for RVX in a bulk purchase. And I don't believe DM is ready to bulk sell Resverlogix at this point in time. DM is more interested in franchising Apabetalone, (hence ROFR to instill competition with the success of BOM)  to help fund the business in perpetuity or at least for a while longer to develop more indications with Apabetalone. I think that is his mission.

Now that does not say that should he be replaced or step down from his position as CEO, the situation won't change.   (IMO)
