Just looked at the exempt distribution form. All shares were purchased by a single Chinese investor. I also checked the INK report (insider trading) and it is so far not reporting any purchase by HL. Could be just a normal delay on an insider report or perhaps efung increased their ownership? Or perhaps a new Chinese investor?
