This must have been in the can for a while now...the timing is curious.

an agreed discount to the 5-day volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares between July 30 and August 3, 2018

Of near term concern for me is whether or not we'll see an increase in short selling again....all it took was a proposed offering before to get short interest up to a peak of over 1.6 million....that's been whittled down to about  600K or so...is it going to go back up now?  

Hoping not....
