Good catch GAC regarding the dates in the 5-day window being about a month ago. In the July 31st, 2018 news release "RESVERLOGIX INTENDS TO PURSUE U.S. LISTING" they stated "Resverlogix has engaged Rothschild & Co. as its financial advisor to evaluate a potential U.S. listing." The "5-day volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares between July 30 and August 3, 2018" coincides with the date of this Rothschild engagement announcement (bfw also alluded to this).

Hopefully next week's NYC events add some clarity prior to the Sept 12 AGM. However, I didn't see Resverlogix on the list of Rodman & Renshaw webcasters when I looked the other day. That's not too surprising with the AGM right around the corner from which they will likely webcast a Corporate Update of much longer duration than what would be afforded at R&R.
